As Principal,



Business Development, you will lead and drive the growth of Unispace’s client pipeline across the India region. You will act as a senior commercial leader responsible for identifying, developing, and converting high-value opportunities across design-build and workplace projects.

This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on shaping regional growth, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue performance across the India market.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth Strategy

Develop and execute the India business development strategy, including pipeline development, forecasting, and prospect conversion
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industry sectors in India
Drive end-to-end ownership of the sales pipeline from lead generation through to conversion
Ensure consistent achievement of regional revenue and growth targets
