Key Deliverables:
- Administer and optimize Linux/Solaris systems and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Implement, monitor, and maintain storage systems (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions.
- Develop automation scripts and manage configuration tools (Ansible) for infrastructure efficiency.
- Ensure systems security, patching, and disaster recovery readiness in line with IT policies.
Role Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex system and network issues, coordinating with vendors for resolution.
- Plan and execute hardware/software upgrades, installations, and performance tuning.
- Maintain detailed documentation covering inventory, licensing, topology, and backups.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff and manage IT service ticket queues for timely issue resolution.
