The role manages to Civil Work of stores at Apollo Pharmacy. He will be responsible to deliver project related activities and coordinate with cross functional business teams in to open recent stores Civil works.
Key Responsibilities for Civil Work:
- Managing the team and reporting daily updates to central team, co-ordinating with cross functional teams within the organization and other business units.
- Validate site measurements, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Review and approve work orders, bills, and invoices.
- Prequalify vendors/subcontractors (technical, financial, compliance).
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Approve purchase orders and supplier payments.
- Manage supplier/subcontractor relationships and negotiations.
- Maintain asset register and approvals for assets.
- Supervise civil works progress and schedule compliance.
- Train new vendors on policies, quality standards, and workflows.
- Ensure quality execution within allocated civil days per schedules.
