Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Plant / Senior Production Head to oversee plant administration and production operations at our Wellness facility. The role requires solid knowledge of plant and production operations, along with commercial understanding and the ability to manage plant-related functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Plant Administration and Production Operations
Oversee production activities and ensure effective plant operations
Handle Inventory Management
Apply knowledge of Process Equipment Engineering
Contribute ideas and support Purchase-related activities
Ensure adherence to Quality Systems and QMS
Manage MIS and basic computer-related activities
Liaise with Government Departments
Drive Process Improvement across administration and production
Focus on Cost Management
Manage productivity, cost and people effectively
Maintain awareness of quality standards and QMS requirements
Ensure effective communication and coordination across relevant stakeholders
