Position: MIS Executive – Google Sheets & Data Management

We are looking for an MIS Executive with strong hands-on knowledge of Google Sheets, data management, reporting, and data analysis. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing MIS reports, analysing information, and generating reports using Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update MIS data in Google Sheets.
Consolidate and organise data received from different sources.
Clean and standardise data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Use Google Sheets functions such as:
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
INDEX & MATCH
IF / IFERROR
SUMIF / SUMIFS
COUNTIF / COUNTIFS
AVERAGEIF / AVERAGEIFS
TRIM etc
Perform data matching, lookup, reconciliation, and validation.




Identify and correct data discrepancies and missing information.
Maintain structured and organised Google Sheets databases.
Required Skills
Robust practical knowledge of Google Sheets.
Good understanding of formulas and functions.
Ability to work with large datasets.
Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IFERROR, SUMIF and TRIM etc
Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.

The candidate will be assessed on their ability to:
Clean and organise raw data.
Match data using lookup functions.
Extract information from a dataset.
Apply formulas and conditional logic.
Calculate totals and averages.
Prepare gender-wise and country-wise reports.
