Role Description The Sales Manager – Digital Media will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling digital media solutions across Rednool’s YouTube channels and social platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, focused on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing customized digital media proposals. Day-to-day activities include meeting with potential and existing clients, understanding their marketing objectives, and aligning them with Rednool’s content and audience offerings.



The role involves coordinating with content, marketing, and analytics teams to create integrated campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring client satisfaction and renewals. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and support long-term business development.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Digital Media and Digital Marketing, with experience selling or managing campaigns across online video and social platforms.
Ability to develop and execute Media Planning and Digital Strategy aligned with client objectives and audience insights.
Experience in Social Media Marketing, including understanding platform-specific formats, engagement metrics, and campaign optimization to explain the customers.
Proven track record in sales - digital media, ideally within media, advertising, or digital content industries.
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance
