Role Description The Academic Mentor – Retention & Renewals is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves engaging regularly with learners to guide them through their academic journey, address challenges, and encourage course completion. The Academic Mentor will monitor learner progress, analyze performance data,
and proactively reach out to at-risk learners to improve retention and success rates. They will coordinate with academic and support teams to resolve issues, clarify program requirements, and provide timely academic and administrative guidance. The role also includes conducting mentoring sessions, supporting learners during key milestones, and working on strategies that drive renewals and long-term engagement with UNext’s programs.
