Role Description
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our team full-time at our Pune office. The primary responsibility is to generate qualified B2B leads through telemarketing, cold calling, email outreach, and other communication channels.
The ideal candidate will connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, schedule meetings for the sales team, maintain accurate lead records in the CRM, and follow up with prospects to maximize conversions. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through telecalling and cold calling.
Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and digital channels.
Qualify leads based on business requirements.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM or lead management tools.
Follow up with prospects to nurture potential opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve lead generation targets.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/lead management tools is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced B2B environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to build a career in sales.
