Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at advmen. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals for digital technology and marketing services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting online sales presentations and product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.



The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will track performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and contribute to strategic planning to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or technology solutions.
Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, consultative selling, and closing deals.
Ability to understand and position services such as website/app development, SEO, online advertising, and branding to diverse clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with decision-makers.
