? What You'll Be Doing
Preparing customer invoices from authorized sales orders and dispatch details
Booking vendor bills against purchase orders, receipts or service confirmations
Verifying GSTIN, legal entity, place of supply, tax treatment, warehouse, item, quantity and rate
Preparing sales-order and purchase-order drafts with complete supporting documents
Preparing Delivery Challans before notified job-work and stock movements
Maintaining DC, job-worker stock, acknowledgement and material-return records
Updating transaction trackers and supporting inventory,



customer and vendor reconciliations
Escalating missing approvals, documents or conflicting information before processing

? Who We're Looking For
B.Com or equivalent qualification
1.5-3 years of invoice and bill-booking experience
Working knowledge of GST and multi-GST transactions
Experience with Zoho Books or a similar accounting ERP
Comfortable with Excel, reconciliations and documentation
Organized, detail-oriented and process-driven
Manufacturing, trading, apparel, inventory or job-work accounting experience is preferred
Someone who verifies before processing instead of making assumptions
