Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying current business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and preparing tailored proposals and presentations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs,



negotiating contract terms, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The Business Development Manager monitors pipeline metrics, analyzes market trends, and provides regular reports and forecasts to leadership. This role also contributes to strategic planning, refines go-to-market strategies, and represents Cadhauz at virtual events and industry forums as needed.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and deal closing.
Experience in client relationship management, account management, and consultative selling, with the ability to understand and address client needs.
Competence in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to identify opportunities and inform growth initiatives.
