? Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize advanced prompts and Claude workflows
* Use Claude for content, data analysis, reporting, documentation & business processes
* Build customized AI workflows, skills and reusable templates
* Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI
* Train and guide employees on effective use of Claude
* Continuously explore recent Claude features, capabilities and AI tools
* Work closely with different teams to implement practical AI solutions
? What We’re Looking For:
* Hands-on expertise with *Claude AI / Claude Code / Claude Skills*
* Strong prompt engineering and workflow-building skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions
* Strong understanding of AI tools, automation and productivity applications
* Prior experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment will be an advantage
