About the role
We are looking for an experienced SDE3 – Android to design, build, and scale high-quality Android applications. In this role, you will drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver robust, user-centric mobile experiences.
You will be responsible for

Lead the design and development of complex Android applications and features.
Define and implement scalable, maintainable, and testable mobile architectures.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to build seamless user experiences.
Drive technical decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices within the team.
Optimize app performance, reliability, and responsiveness.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Own end-to-end delivery of critical features from ideation to production.
Continuously evaluate new technologies and improve development processes.

You will need

8+ years of software development experience, with robust expertise in Android development.
Proficiency in Kotlin (preferred) and/or Java.




Deep understanding of Android SDK, lifecycle, and UI frameworks.
Experience with modern Android architecture components:
MVVM / MVI / Clean Architecture
Jetpack libraries (ViewModel, LiveData/Flow, Navigation, Room, etc.)
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, networking, and data handling.
Hands-on experience with dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Dagger/Hilt).
Solid understanding of multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning.
Experience in writing unit tests, UI tests, and ensuring code quality.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Jetpack Compose.
Knowledge of modular architecture and large-scale app development.
Exposure to Kotlin Coroutine + Flow for asynchronous programming.
Experience with analytics, monitoring, and crash reporting tools.
Prior experience leading small teams or mentoring engineers.
