About the Role
Velociti is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to independently manage the end-to-end marketing lifecycle of our real estate projects.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience across digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation and campaign execution, with the ability to work closely with sales and external agencies to drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end marketing for assigned real estate projects
* Plan and execute digital and performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms
* Manage pre-launch, launch and post-launch marketing activities
* Drive lead generation and monitor CPL, lead quality, site visits and conversions
* Coordinate with creative, media, performance marketing, PR and other agencies/vendors
* Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion
* Support project positioning, audience targeting and competitor analysis
* Plan and execute both online and offline marketing initiatives
* Manage CRM and lead funnels to track the customer journey
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing spends based on ROI
* Prepare regular marketing performance reports and insights
* Manage allocated marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization
* Take ownership of campaign timelines and ensure smooth execution
What We’re Looking For
* 3–6 years of marketing experience
