Role Description
The Product Manager will be responsible for managing and continuously improving our CRM product while working closely with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and feedback. This role combines product management, customer interaction, business analysis, and coordination with the technical team.
Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer workflows, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, converting business needs into clear product specifications, maintaining the product roadmap,



and coordinating with developers and designers to ensure features are delivered effectively. The role will also involve onboarding customers, helping them understand and adopt the CRM, monitoring product usage, identifying issues and improvement opportunities, and ensuring customer feedback is translated into meaningful product improvements.
The Product Manager will act as an important bridge between customers, business teams, and the technology team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, understanding their business processes, identifying problems, thinking from a product perspective, and working closely with developers to build practical solutions.
This is a full time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, offering hands-on experience in managing a growing SaaS/CRM product and working directly with businesses.
