Web Spiders Group is looking for a data-driven B2B marketer who understands AI, digital growth, content, social media, and performance marketing and can turn marketing activities into measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Own:
Develop and execute B2B marketing, digital growth, and demand-generation strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
Drive marketing for AI, Voice AI, SaaS, CX, enterprise technology, and IT services across global markets.
Plan and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, email, SEO/SEM, social media, webinars, and other digital channels.
Manage performance marketing, lead generation, conversion optimization, and ABM campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers.
Own product marketing, positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, launches, and product adoption.
Create and manage social media content, campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, product collateral,



and sales enablement content while maintaining consistent brand voice and identity.
Manage social media communities, engage audiences, and collaborate with influencers, partners, and industry communities to strengthen brand visibility.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Support webinars, events, PR, partnerships, thought leadership, and executive branding.
Track MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI, reach, engagement, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance and use insights to continuously optimize growth.
Use CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and content management tools to improve marketing efficiency and performance.

AI-First Marketing – Must Have:
Hands-on experience using Generative AI for content creation, campaign ideation, research, competitor analysis, personalization, creative development, automation, and marketing productivity.
Experience with ChatGP
