Sales Intern – Education Finance

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Intern to support the end-to-end education loan facilitation process at our partner educational institutes. This role involves direct interaction with students and parents, explaining loan-related processes, assisting customers throughout the loan journey, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The internship will provide hands-on exposure to sales, customer interaction, education finance, loan processing, and relationship management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Interact directly with students, parents, and customers at assigned educational institute partners.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate guidance on education loan solutions.
Explain the complete loan process, documentation requirements, timelines, and applicable policies to customers.
Clearly communicate important loan-related information, including EMI debit schedules, loan closure procedures, cancellation policies, and other terms.




Assist customers with the end-to-end loan processing journey, ensuring all required information and documents are collected accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely processing of loan applications.
Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure applications move smoothly through the process.
Maintain accurate customer and application records as per company processes.
Ensure a positive and satisfactory customer experience throughout the loan journey.
Identify and escalate customer issues or process-related concerns to the appropriate Relationship Manager or Sales Manager.
Handover customer details and relevant information to the designated Propelld Relationship Manager / Sales Manager after completion of the loan process for further service and support.
Support the team in achieving assigned business and customer-service objectives.
Maintain qualified relations
