Role Description

The Manager role at Spark Motion Pictures is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role will directly come under Management,



hence this role oversees end-to-end project operations, including planning production schedules, coordinating resources, and managing workflows across film, advertising, music, animation, and digital content projects. The Manager will lead cross-functional teams, align creative and production stakeholders, track budgets and timelines, and ensure milestones are met with high-quality delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project briefs, prioritizing tasks, resolving operational issues, maintaining explicit communication with internal teams and external partners, and preparing regular status reports for leadership. The Manager will also support process improvements, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help nurture a collaborative, inclusive, and creatively driven work environment.
