Role Overview
We are looking for a Travel Consultant - Sales to join our team in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel enquiries, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable travel solutions, converting leads into bookings, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer-handling skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and an interest in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Handling
Handle inbound travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp,



email, and walk-ins.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Recommend and sell domestic and international tour packages, flights, hotels, and add-on services.
Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Itinerary & Booking Coordination
Coordinate with the Operations team for customized itineraries and quotations.
Coordinate with the Operations team for booking confirmations and updates.
Ensure timely issuance of tickets, hotel vouchers, and other travel documents.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular and timely follow-up with prospective customers.
Provide pre-travel and post-travel assistance.
Handle basic customer concerns and complaints professionally.
