Role Description The Senior Visa Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves guiding clients through visa processes for study, work, travel, and immigration, including assessing profiles, explaining requirements,



and recommending suitable countries and programs. The Senior Visa Counsellor will prepare and review documentation, assist with application forms, maintain accurate client records, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission and updates. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to client queries, explaining visa rules and changes, and supporting clients in exam and admission-related procedures. The role also includes mentoring junior counsellors, contributing to process improvements, and maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of student, visitor, work, and PR visa processes, documentation requirements, and immigration regulations for major destinations such as Canada, the UK, USA, and other key geographies.
Experience in educational counseling, including advising on university selection,
