Job Summary:
We are looking for a senior-level Technical Consultant to lead the technical design, development, and architecture of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. As a technical authority, you will translate complex functional requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a balance between deep technical development (approx. 60%) and solution architecture/mentorship (approx. 40%). The ideal candidate has over a decade of experience, mastery of the D365 F&O; technical framework, and expertise in extending the platform using Azure services, Power Platform, and custom AI agents via Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Architecture & Design: Lead the technical design of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies, ensuring all solutions adhere to Microsoft's extension-based, cloud-first best practices.
Custom Development & AI Extensibility:



Develop complex features using X++, C#, and the extension framework. Create and extend AI-powered functionalities by building custom agents in Copilot Studio and integrating with Azure AI Services.
System Integration: Architect and build real-time and asynchronous integrations using OData, Custom APIs, Logic Apps, and Dual-write.
Performance Engineering & Optimization: Proactively monitor, diagnose, and resolve performance issues. Conduct code reviews and optimize X++ queries, batch processes, and integrations to ensure application health.
DevOps & Workplace Management: Own the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline, including build automation, code branching (Git), and release management via Lifecycle Services (LCS).
