About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Agency Partnerships to build, manage, and scale strategic relationships with advertising agencies, media agencies, creative agencies, PR firms, and other ecosystem partners to drive influencer marketing business for the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agency sales, influencer marketing, digital marketing, media, or advertising, with an established network across leading agencies and a strong understanding of how brands evaluate and execute influencer-led campaigns.
This role will be responsible for identifying new agency opportunities, building senior-level relationships, driving revenue through agency partnerships, and positioning the company as a preferred influencer marketing partner.

Key Responsibilities1. Agency Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and onboard new agency partners across creative, media, digital, PR, social, and influencer marketing ecosystems.
Build a solid pipeline of agencies and identify opportunities for long-term commercial partnerships.




Develop relationships with agency leadership, business heads, account directors, media planners, social teams, and influencer marketing teams.
Generate new business opportunities through agency relationships, referrals, networking, events, and industry connections.
Own the complete agency partnership lifecycle from prospecting and pitching to closure and account expansion.
Develop agency-specific acquisition strategies based on business potential and market opportunity.

2. Strategic Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with key agency stakeholders and decision-makers.
Establish the company as a preferred influencer marketing partner for identified agencies.
Conduct regular business reviews with strategic agency partners to understand upcoming campaigns, budgets, and business priorities.
Develop strong relationships beyond individual accounts to create deeper organizational partnerships.
