We are looking for a Deputy Manager - ECU Design & Development to lead end-to-end project development of ECUs for passenger and commercial vehicles, coordinating with Japan headquarters, lead customers, manufacturing plants, and suppliers on design and development activities. Mandatory Requirements: - 9-12 years of experience in automotive ECU / electronics hardware design and development - B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering - Project management and best-practice knowledge of electronic circuits (hardware), components, and compatibility with interface parts/signal specifications - Circuit analysis and troubleshooting capability - Ability to follow design procedures: RFQ study/analysis/design proposal, DFMEA, design validation, and formal design release - Test equipment handling experience (Oscilloscope, signal generator, CANoe)
