We are now looking for a Group Head who can oversee large brands where the Avg. Monthly Spends must be 30L to 60L; ensure operational excellence, improve client retention, and help scale delivery systems within the agency.

Role Overview

This role focuses on:
delivery quality,
client retention,
team management,
escalation handling,
reporting standards,
operational efficiency,
and process building.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam & Account Oversight
Manage and oversee 5 Performane Marketing Managers and their respective teams, each Account Manager manages 5-6 Clients at Sqroot.
Ensure smooth execution across multiple ecommerce and D2C accounts
Monitor campaign performance and account health regularly
Review reporting quality, communication standards, and timelines

Client Management




Handle client escalations and critical discussions
Participate in strategy and review calls with key clients
Ensure robust client satisfaction and retention
Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts

Operational Excellence
Build and improve SOPs, workflows, and reporting systems
Standardize account management processes across teams
Ensure task accountability and delivery consistency
Improve internal coordination between performance, creative, and account teams

Team Development
Mentor and guide Performance Marketing Executives
Train team members on communication, reporting, and operational processes
Identify performance gaps and help improve team productivity

Performance & Growth
Ensure accounts achieve performance benchmarks
Work closely with Performance Marketing Executive teams to improve results
Help leadership improve operational scalability and reduce delivery bottlenecks
