Role Description The Head of Sales Department is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving overall sales strategy, revenue growth,



and market expansion across all divisions. This position oversees sales planning, target setting, and performance monitoring while leading and mentoring regional and field sales teams to achieve business objectives. Daily activities include developing and implementing sales plans, managing key accounts and channel partners, coordinating with marketing and product teams, and analyzing market trends and competitor activities. The role involves building robust relationships with distributors, franchise partners, and institutional customers, ensuring timely support, issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction. The Head of Sales Department will also prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior leadership, optimize sales processes, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
