Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Social Media Graphic Designer role based in the Pune Division. The Junior Social Media Graphic Designer will create and adapt visual content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, ads, and banners aligned with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, designing graphics and simple animations, preparing assets for various social media channels,



and optimizing designs for different formats and devices. The role also involves assisting with branding projects, maintaining design consistency, organizing design files, and staying current with social media and design trends to support campaign performance.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for social media content creation.
Ability to deliver effective Logo Design and support Branding initiatives.
Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for digital platforms.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar).
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and their visual requirements.
Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and feedback.
Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
