Key Responsibilities • Supervise, plan, and execute day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. • Manage RCC works including foundations, columns, slabs, beams, retaining walls, and related structural activities. • Monitor and control finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, waterproofing, and final handover works. • Execute daily site activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work. • Interpret and implement construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements. • Demonstrate robust working knowledge of MIVAN shuttering and its execution. • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflow. • Monitor and report project progress, quality, productivity, and site safety. • Prepare daily site reports, material consumption records, and labour reports. • Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental,



and site quality standards. • Handle layout work, leveling, marking, measurements, and quality-control activities. • Verify the quality of raw materials, workmanship, and completed work. • Support billing activities and verify contractor measurements and quantities. • Identify and resolve site-related technical issues efficiently in coordination with relevant teams. Requirements & Skills • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field. • 7+ years of relevant experience in real estate / construction projects. • Proven experience in a similar site engineering role. • Sound knowledge of engineering, construction methods, and design principles. • Strong understanding of RCC, finishing works, site execution, and quality control. • Hands-on experience with MIVAN shuttering is required.• Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs
