Your Role: Key Account Manager – Amazon

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with Amazon. You will drive revenue, ensure operational excellence, and work cross-functionally to optimize performance across listings, campaigns, and advertising.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Account Management & Growth
Own P&L; for the channel




Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities across categories, SKUs, and cities
Maintain regular coordination with channel partners for product launches, campaign execution, and advertising opportunities, while ensuring timely implementation
Ensure consistent monitoring of account health, key performance metrics, and channel compliance
Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) & Campaign Management
Plan and execute Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) campaigns to drive visibility and sales
Monitor campaign performance and optimize spends for maximum ROI
Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, discounts, and promotions on Amazon
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for creatives and visibility boosts
Assortment & Listing Optimization
Ensure all SKUs are live, optimized, and performing well
Continuously improve product visibility, content, and discoverability
Launch current SKUs in a timely and structured manner
