Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive in the laminate industry, you will play a pivotal role in
driving growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strategic partnerships. Your focus
will be on identifying new business opportunities, building robust relationships, and
contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Specify Dorby products to A, B, and C grade architects and interior designers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base and market
share.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve monthly and
quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and provide insights and recommendations to senior
management.
• Promote Dorby products to architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders for
project conversion.




• Build rapport with architects to encourage future product specifications based on
industry trends.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients via in-person meetings, calls,
and emails.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to uncover new site and project
requirements.
• Collect project information from company-provided data and supplement it with new
site research.
• Conduct regular meetings with contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers
to generate revenue.
• Understand customer requirements and present appropriate product solutions.
• Ensure smooth brand specification and follow-through with clients for long-term relationship building.
