About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Associate with a strong understanding of digital marketing. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, managing expectations, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality digital marketing solutions.
This role requires excellent relationship management skills, a solid grasp of marketing, social media, content, and creative processes, and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable strategies.





Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular status updates.
Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
Coordinate with Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, and Design teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
Monitor campaign progress and provide clients with regular performance updates and actionable insights.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries, concerns, and escalations.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple accounts.
Prepare reports, meeting notes, and campaign summaries for clients.
Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
