About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Operations Head – India to lead end-to-end delivery, profitability, and operational scalability for our Digital Delivery Consulting Business.
This is a strategic leadership role with full accountability for operational performance, margin management, client satisfaction, and team development. The ideal candidate combines strong delivery governance with business acumen and has experience scaling multi-project technical teams in a rapid-growing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational & Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of multiple BIM and digital implementation projects, ensuring quality, timelines, client satisfaction, and SLA adherence.
Drive operational excellence through strong QA/QC governance, proactive risk mitigation, milestone tracking, and performance management to minimize rework and delivery escalations.
Develop and scale standardized BIM delivery frameworks, operational processes, and digital workflows to support business growth and consistency.




Implement data-driven reporting dashboards and automation initiatives to improve utilization, revenue tracking, quality control, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
2. Financial Performance
Deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets including revenue, margin, and order book commitments.
Working with Necessary team to get the payables from the Ongoing & Delivered Projects.
Drive accurate forecasting, capacity planning, and resource optimization.
Improve profitability through productivity enhancement and cost-efficiency initiatives.

Build strong client relationships and act as an escalation point for critical engagements.
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
