Role Description This full-time,



on-site Assistant Professor / Associate Professor – Public Administration role is based at Amity University’s campus in Patna. The Assistant Professor will design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Public Administration, using contemporary pedagogical methods and aligning with the university’s academic standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing and updating course materials, lecturing, leading seminars, mentoring students, supervising research projects and dissertations, and providing academic advising. The role involves active participation in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and quality assurance activities, as well as contributing to research output through publications, conference participation, and collaborative projects. The Assistant Professor is also expected to engage in academic outreach, support university events, and foster an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.
