Overview

The role is responsible for overseeing contract management, financial forecasting, and supplier relationships to ensure value for money, compliance, and productive service delivery, while supporting facilities management operations and driving continuous improvement.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Monitor contracts, including tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).




Renegotiate contracts to ensure optimal terms and conditions.
Novate contracts for business acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions.
Conduct benchmarking exercises to monitor value for money and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Consolidate invoicing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Assist with the management, administration, and tender process of commercial contracts to ensure high-level service delivery.
Contractor Meetings:
Schedule and hold regular contractor meetings to review performance, address issues, and ensure alignment with contract terms.
Record meeting minutes and track actions, ensuring follow-up and resolution of outstanding items.
Budget and Financial Management:
Prepare yearly budgetary forecasts for contracts and new initiatives.
Assist the Head of UK Facilities Management (FM) in managing the annual budget for the Facilities function on a regional basis.
