Role Description The ELearning Developer (Edtech) role at CAREERBLOC is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The person in this role will design, develop, and implement interactive eLearning modules and digital courses using authoring tools and learning technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts, applying instructional design principles, structuring content, and integrating multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement.
The role involves configuring and managing learning paths within learning management platforms, ensuring SCORM-compliant deployment, testing course functionality, and troubleshooting technical issues. The ELearning Developer will also support training and development initiatives by updating existing content, analyzing learner feedback and performance data, and continuously improving the digital learning experience.
Qualifications
