About RMEAL at CSF
The Research, Monitoring, Evaluation, Assessment & Learning (RMEAL) function at CSF serves as the organization's central evidence and learning spine. RMEAL partners closely with program verticals—including EdTech—to design, execute, quality-assure, and translate rigorous evidence into actionable insights for decision-making at scale.
Position Summary
As Project Lead (Consultant) – RMEAL, you will drive the design, quality assurance, and learning agenda for evidence generation across CSF's EdTech and AI-enabled initiatives.



You will work in close partnership with the EdTech vertical to ensure evaluations are methodologically robust, decision-relevant, and embedded into program and ecosystem strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Evidence Design & Methodological Execution:
Design and review rigorous evaluation approaches (RCTs, quasi-experimental, mixed-methods).
Review SAPs, tools, and analytical outputs.
Evaluation Quality Assurance & Process Stewardship:
Guide end-to-end evaluation processes.
Use structured QA tools and templates.
Learning, Insights & Translation:
Translate findings into actionable insights and learning products.
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement:
Support funder, government, and partner engagements.
Team Support & Capability Building:
Mentor junior team members and support onboarding.
Planning, Delivery & Portfolio Management:
Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting.
