Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Manager role based in Kannur, Kasargod. The Recruitment Manager will oversee end-to-end hiring activities, including workforce planning, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with hiring managers. The role includes managing recruitment metrics, maintaining talent pipelines for key positions, and ensuring a consistent, fair, and compliant hiring process.



The Recruitment Manager will collaborate closely with department heads, oversee onboarding in coordination with HR, and support employer branding initiatives such as career events and digital campaigns. The position also involves optimizing recruitment processes, maintaining accurate records, and regularly reporting on hiring status to leadership.
