Offcomfrt is a direct-to-consumer comfortwear brand serving customers across India. We are building an operations function that runs on process and data rather than firefighting, and this role is central to that.
The Operations Executive owns the order lifecycle after checkout: order processing, shipping label generation, courier allocation, pickup coordination, delivery exception and NDR management, returns and exchange movement, courier claims and daily reporting.
This role sits between our customer support team and our warehouse, and reports into operations leadership. You will coordinate daily with support on delivery exceptions and customer escalations, with the warehouse team on dispatch and returns, and directly with courier partners and their relationship managers.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will be working inside the order and courier panels every day, not managing someone who is.
What success looks like
This role is built for someone who has already run these systems elsewhere,



so you will be able to take ownership of the daily cycle from the start rather than working through a long ramp-up.
Success here looks like a dispatch cycle that runs on schedule without supervision, delivery exceptions handled before they turn into customer complaints, and returns and exchanges that keep moving within committed turnaround times.
It also looks like reporting people can rely on. When someone asks where a shipment stands or how the week has gone, the answer is already documented rather than reconstructed.
Responsibilities
Process daily orders on the e-commerce platform, including verification, tagging, and pushing orders to courier panels
Generate shipping labels and manifests accurately and within the daily dispatch cut-off
Allocate courier partners based on pincode serviceability, delivery performance and cost
Coordinate daily pickups with courier partners and follow up on any pickup that does not close on schedule
