We are looking for ambitious and well-connected Sales Managers - Branding to drive our branding and media sales business in Mumbai and Bangalore. We have two open positions—one based in Mumbai and one based in Bangalore.

The ideal candidates should have strong relationships with brands, media agencies, and marketing decision-makers, along with a proven track record in digital advertising sales
.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating revenue through branding campaigns, and positioning AdCounty Media as a preferred digital advertising partner for leading brands and agencies across India.

Key Responsibilities
Drive branding and media sales revenue in your respective region (Mumbai or Bangalore)
Build and maintain robust relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and brand decision-maker
Identify new business opportunities and develop a robust sales pipeline
Pitch digital branding solutions including Display, Video, Native, Programmatic, Mobile, and Premium Media Inventory




Understand client objectives and create customized media solutions to achieve their marketing goal
Collaborate with campaign, operations, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value advertising deals
Represent AdCounty Media at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Stay updated on digital advertising trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Skills & Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related fields
4-8 years of experience in Digital Media Sales, Branding Sales, AdTech, Agency Sales, or Media Sales
Strong network of brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers in Mumbai or Bangalore
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of branding solutions, programmatic advertising, display, video, mobile adverti
