The Role: The On-Ground General
As our Senior Venue Manager for Pune, you will be the operational backbone and strategic leader of the city's entire ecosystem. This is a high-octane, hands-on role where you will directly manage daily operations, optimize financial performance, and lead our team to success.



Reporting straight to the Head of Operations, your job is to keep our current centers running flawlessly while helping us expand into recent, high-revenue locations across Pune.

Here’s your game plan (What You Will Do):

Territory & Venue Oversight: Take absolute ownership of the day-to-day operations across all Pune venues, ensuring every single site is continuously "guest-ready" and running like clockwork.

Squad Leadership & Mentorship: Direct, guide, and mentor our on-ground Venue Managers. You’ll be responsible for hiring, training, and building a high-performing team culture that takes pride in the PadelPark name.

Performance & Target Crusher: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each city venue, rapidly implementing hyper-local strategies to achieve and smash revenue targets.
