Content & Social Media Manager – Real Estate & Construction

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive and trend-aware Content & Social Media Manager to build and manage the digital presence of our real estate and construction business.
This is a field + creative role. The candidate will regularly accompany the team to construction sites, vendor meetings and project visits to understand our work, identify content opportunities and capture high-quality visual content. They will then be responsible for transforming this content into engaging social media posts, reels, stories and other digital content.
The ideal candidate should have a solid eye for visual storytelling and be comfortable working both on-site and behind the screen.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
Visit construction sites regularly with the team and document ongoing work, construction processes, design details, materials and project milestones.
Accompany the team to vendor visits, meetings and other relevant business activities to capture content.




Identify potential content opportunities during site and vendor visits.
Shoot high-quality photographs and short-form videos using a smartphone/camera.
Create engaging Reels, posts, Stories and other social media content from the footage captured.
Edit videos with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, text, music and other relevant elements.
Develop behind-the-scenes, educational, informative and brand-building content around real estate and construction.
Social Media Management
Manage the company's social media handles, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn.
Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
Schedule and publish content regularly.
Write engaging captions, hooks and basic copy for posts and videos.
Stay updated with current social media trends, Reels formats, sounds, editing styles and content strategies.
