Role

This role supports the implementation of research and evaluation projects by conducting literature reviews, developing measurement tools, collecting and analyzing data,



and supporting the development of project deliverables related to CSA prevention research.

Responsibilities

Independently conduct literature reviews on CSA prevention and prepare research reports
Support development of research study designs, including objectives, questions, hypotheses, and sampling strategies
Develop research study tools such as interview guides, FGD guides, survey tools, and research scales
Conduct field visits for data collection with children, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
Ensure adherence to ethical standards and field protocols
Prepare and manage qualitative and quantitative datasets (transcription, cleaning, coding, quality assurance) and conduct analyses
Support preparation of research reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Maintain research documentation, including study protocols, SOPs, and data collection manuals
