Role Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance products, including protection, child education, retirement, savings and investment, and health plans. Day-to-day activities include identifying and nurturing prospective clients, conducting needs-based discussions, presenting suitable insurance solutions, and closing sales in line with organizational targets.



The role involves managing and mentoring a sales team, monitoring performance, providing regular coaching, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with branch and regional teams, prepare sales reports, track market trends, and take part in promotional and customer engagement initiatives. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related sectors.
Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
Experience in leading or supervising a sales team, with the ability to coach, motivate, and manage performance.
Solid understanding of life insurance concepts and products (protection, savings, retirement, child, and health plans) or willingness to learn quickly.
