Our innovative multi-lender POS financing solution simplifies lending for high-value purchases, integrating seamlessly into merchant websites, stores, and omnichannel checkouts, reducing purchase friction and boosting lifetime value. We are currently seeking an outstanding Product Manager to join our team. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, define clear roadmaps, and deliver impactful solutions that align with business goals and user needs.

As a Product Manager, you will-
· Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring scalability and seamless user experience for a large consumer base.
· Develop and execute a clear product roadmap by synthesizing user feedback, market data, and company goals to drive adoption and engagement.
· Define, measure, and optimize key B2C metrics such as user acquisition, activation, retention, conversion rates, churn, DAU/MAU,



and customer lifetime value (CLV).
· Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations to develop features that enhance user engagement, increase transaction volume, and improve monetization.
· Ensure high standards of reliability, performance, and usability while rolling out recent product features for mass adoption.
· Conduct A/B testing, user research, and behavioral analytics to refine user experience and maximize product impact.
· Regularly track and analyze the product's impact on business metrics, using insights to refine the roadmap and improve customer experience.
· Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market strategies, growth initiatives, and B2C-specific challenges.
