What You'll Actually Be Doing
Own performance campaigns, not just execute them
Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) as your primary battlefield, with room to explore Google and other channels as we grow
Go deep on Meta's algorithm — audience signals, delivery optimization, learning phase behavior, creative fatigue patterns — and use that understanding to consistently outperform "spray and pray" advertisers
Run structured, disciplined A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and placements — and know how to read a test properly, not just eyeball a CTR
Chase quality, not vanity metrics
Track leads all the way through the CRM into actual enrollments — because a cheap lead that never converts is not a win




Build your own lead-quality dashboards and spot junk traffic, weak segments, and hidden winners before anyone has to ask you to
Use offline conversion data and proper tracking setups to know exactly what's working and what's just noise
Bring the creative and copy instinct
Brief and sharpen ad creatives with the design team — you don't need to be a designer, but you need a sharp eye for what actually stops the scroll
Write and test ad copy rooted in real pain points and real competitor intelligence, not templated fluff
Champion minimal, high-converting creative over content-heavy noise
Work across the full funnel
Collaborate with the sales/counseling team so leads don't die in a follow-up gap
Contribute to landing pages, WhatsApp nurture flows, and funnel tweaks that affect your own campaign performance
Bring data and insights straight to leadership — your findings can genuinely shape strategy here
