The Claude Solutions Architect is the technical solutioning lead for EXL client
engagements built on the Claude (Anthropic) platform. The role designs RAG
pipelines, agentic workflows, and MCP-based integrations using the Claude API
and Claude Code, translating client requirements into secure, scalable reference
architectures.
Operating within the India AI Center of Excellence and reporting to the
Director, the architect partners with delivery, sales, and Anthropic partner
teams across insurance, healthcare, and banking engagements. CCA (Claude
Certified Architect) certification is required or in progress.
