The Senior GenAI Engineer — Claude & Agentic Systems is a hands-on builder who
deploys Claude-powered demos and production solutions using Python, LangChain,
RAG, and AWS/Replit. The role owns EXL’s Claude demo library and POC pipeline
within the India AI Center of Excellence.
Reporting to the Director, the engineer turns solution designs into working,
measurable systems and rapidly prototypes recent Claude capabilities for client
pursuits. CCA-F (Claude Certified – Foundations) certification is the baseline;
MCP and Claude Computer Use familiarity is a strong differentiator
