Experience : 2-4 years in HR Operations

The HR & Admin Executive will support day-to-day Human Resources and administrative operations by managing recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, attendance and payroll coordination, statutory compliance support, employee engagement, and office administration while ensuring process adherence and operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
● Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
● Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
● Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
● Manage employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
● Monitor attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs through the HRMS.
● Support statutory compliance activities (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, etc.).
● Assist in HR audits, documentation, and policy implementation.




● Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal communication.
● Handle employee queries and coordinate grievance resolution while maintaining confidentiality.

Administration
● Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
● Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, and facility maintenance.
● Maintain office assets, inventory, and vendor coordination.
● Manage visitor registration, meeting room bookings, and office logistics.
● Coordinate employee travel and accommodation arrangements as required.

Required Skills
● Valuable knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
● Familiarity with HRMS, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
● Understanding of payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualification
● MBA (HR) with experience
