Roles & Responsibilities: -
Design, engineering, commissioning, and performance analysis of Solar PV plants and substation projects.
Electrical system design and coordination using industry-standard software (e.g., Caneco BT, ETAP, PVSyst, PVsol, PVcase, Ratedpower).
Selection and specification of DC/AC systems, transformers, panels, cables, and LV/MV power lines.
Application engineering for high voltage power electronics and grid integration




Design of hybrid power systems and microgrids using simulation tools (Homer Pro, Homer Grid, PSSE, Digsilent, Powerfactory, ETAP).
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local/international regulations (UL/IEEE, IS, European grid codes).
Oversee and participate in the installation and commissioning of large-scale projects.
Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Provide technical support during project execution and resolve engineering issues.
Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices.

Skills Required: -
Deep understanding of solar PV plant/substation project design, engineering, and commissioning.
Proficiency in relevant electrical design and simulation tools (Caneco BT, ETAP, PVSyst, PVsol, PVcase, Ratedpower, Homer Pro, Homer Grid, PSSE, Digsilent, Powerfactory).
Robust knowledge of DC/AC systems, IDT tr
