Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end HR operations lifecycle for employees across North America, including onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leave management, and offboarding.
Own and continuously improve HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and an exceptional employee experience.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and provincial employment laws, company policies, and HR governance requirements.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, background verification, HR orientation, asset coordination, system access, and exit formalities.
Serve as the primary HR Operations partner for employees and business leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and operational matters.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems while generating HR metrics and operational repo
