About the Role
Zouk is looking for an experienced Printing Supervisor / Printing Executive to manage day-to-day printing operations and ensure smooth, efficient production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with printing machinery, machine maintenance, production planning, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Printing Department and ensure production targets are achieved.
Operate and maintain Impress Fusing Machine for jute fabric.
Operate Mimaki and Epson printing machines.
Ensure proper machine setup, operation, and preventive maintenance.
Identify and troubleshoot machine-related issues to minimize downtime.
Plan and allocate daily production activities and resources.
Supervise, guide, and monitor the printing team.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and other teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and workplace discipline standards.
Monitor production output and resolve operational issues on a timely basis.
Required Skills & Experience
3–8 years of experience in printing operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with Impress Fusing, Mimaki, and Epson printing machines.
Strong knowledge of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience in production planning and team handling.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma / Graduate preferred.
